In June and July, Luosto bathes in the light of the midnight sun. The sun never sets, and the fell landscape softens into an inviting blend of colours and scents. Pyhä-Luosto Natinonal Park fell tops and deep gorges dominate the scenery, giving the area it's distinctive character—just under a two-hour bus ride from Rovaniemi.
Getting to Luosto is easy, even without a car. During the summer and autumn seasons, a direct bus service runs twice daily from Rovaniemi Airport and railway station to Luosto – a convenient way to arrive in the heart of Lapland’s experiences.
